We have a special offer for early booking - bookings made before 1 March 2009: Book a party of 8 or more for any holiday start date up to Saturday 4 July 2009, and we will give you the 8th person's booking completely free. This is available for bookings in any chalet.

Parties of 8 or more always receive a 10% discount. Please ask for details of further offers if your party size is 12 or more.

Anyone booking 2 weeks in the same season: Both weeks will receive a 5% discount. The maximum discount given in combinations is subject to limits. Please call or email for a specific quotation.

 Single room supplement: £90 per week. Free for parties of 6 or more.

Basic pricing is for Half Board accommodation per person, per week (pp,pw), Saturday to Saturday, with two sharing a room. Pricing does not include flights.

Half Board prices cover accommodation, food and drinks as described below, and one airport pickup trip per party. Additional pickups are 80 euros per trip.

Food & drink includes a cooked breakfast and a gourmet three course evening meal on 6 days (see below), with a local cheese board and coffee to follow. During the day there is complimentary self-service tea, coffee and snacks available, plus soft drinks and mineral  water in the fridge whenever you want them.

Evening meals and cooked breakfasts are provided every day except Wednesday, when the chefs and staff have their weekly day off. On that day there will be a self-service breakfast laid out, and for that evening  we will (if you wish) make a reservation on your behalf in your choice of local restaurant. 

*The Chauffeur Drive Package  (available only to parties of 6 or more) provides a chauffeur-driven vehicle for each party, for up to 8 hours on each of 5 days. For instance, in the  morning your driver might take any golfers to the golf course they have chosen. While they play golf, the chauffeur will then take any non-golfers on whatever excursion they have chosen, perhaps re-uniting everyone at the golf club after your round.

**The All-inclusive Package (available only to parties of 6 or more) is exceptionally good value if you enjoy a good bottle of wine with your meals. The package provides unlimited wine with your meals (subject to  common-sense restrictions), with one or two different wines each evening, chosen by the chef to compliment the food.  In addition you get champagne with your canapes before each meal, and a choice of digestifs after...  

Except for very late bookings, a Provisional Booking (no deposit) may be made while you finalise your party and check dates. You will normally be asked to confirm your booking within 7 to 14  days by paying the full  deposit.

Bed & Breakfast prices

Bed and Breakfast prices are available for some chalets on request, as are self-catering rates. Please call or email for details.

If there are 6 or more in your party, you automatically get a number of benefits:

• You will be given an entire chalet for your exclusive use, with no 'empty bed' charges.
• There will be  no 'single room' supplements, provided only that your party can fit into one of the available chalets.
• You can choose the 'Chauffeur Drive' option.
• You can choose the 'All-inclusive' option. Both options are described above.

The description for each  chalet includes a layout plan (where one is available) which  will give you some idea of what is possible concerning single rooms, or you can email or telephone with a specific query. If you want exclusive use of a chalet for less than 6 please call for a quotation.

If there are 8 or more in your party,

• 10% discount for everyone in the party.

We do not offer flight inclusive holidays.  Please use your choice of scheduled carrier at a time to suit yourself. All we ask is that you fly to Geneva (code GVA), and get as many of your party as possible to arrive at approximately the same time, to simplify the transfer. It's only about an hour's drive from there to Les Gets, and we are happy to pick you up. You get one return trip per party free. If you can't make it work with one transfer, we'll come back as many times as necessary for just 80 euros per trip.

The most popular carrier for our customers is Easyjet from Gatwick, Luton or Liverpool, but BA are often competitive. Air France via Paris - Charles de Gaulle (CDG) -  might be worth considering where they fly to your local airport.

If you are going to hire a vehicle, you should book it at least 4 weeks in advance for collection at Geneva Airport. (Airport code GVA) We recommend using an Internet Search Engine such as Google to find competive car hire quotations, but stick to one of the major suppliers  - they are all competitive at Geneva. The most popular recently with our customers has been Avis.
